While setting up my network profile on LinkedIn I noticed that some of my (former) collegues are not a member at LinkedIn but at Xing. LinkedIn, although from its origin American, appears to be used a lot in the Netherlands, whereas the European Xing is used a lot in Germany. (I even think Xing is German, which explains a lot.) Unfortunately I couldn't find anything to link both networks. That's the reason for this 'virtual businesscard' with the links to both networks below.
Are you a LinkedIn and not a Xing member? Or vice-versa? Than have a look at the other network. Perhaps you'll find a good contact.
